Can anybody point me in the direction of some good Olivas?

Thanks,

Paging PapaJohn Paging PapaJohn LOL

He turned me on to the Olivas, so many good ones, but I like the Special G Maduros the best.

Re: Olivas

I Love the "G" series, and other than the "O"s I'm no help, I can't seem to find any of the others around here.

Re: Olivas

The G series is the one I like. I prefer the cameroon over the maduro.

Re: Olivas

The entire Oliva line is very good overall, but my favorites are the Special S, and the new V.

Also, can't go wrong with the Master Blends.

Even the Flor de Oliva which I am told are the "2nds" are pretty good....

Try them, and tell us what you think!

Re: Olivas

Dude, good luck finding a bad one, but for bang for the buck, has to be the Serie G in either the natural cameroon, or the maduro broadleaf. Either way, you cannot go wrong.

Re: Olivas

I haven't been lucky enough to try a Serie S yet,
but I love the Serie V, O, and G's in that order.

Great cigars in both Maduro and Natural.

You can't go wrong with the Master Blends line. For those on a budget the Angel 100's are awesome

Re: Olivas

I've had most of the types. I love the Gs, cameroon the most. All are good. V is great for a slower, heavier smoke. All about your personal opinion on the different types, but they're all great.

Re: Olivas

Thanks for this thread. I tried an original Master Blend a few weeks ago and loved it. I am trying to find some robusto size G and V series to try without going for the box first. I almost bought a bunch of the G's on Jack Schwartz's Friday sale http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=100600 but held off until I could try one. I'm still wondering if I should have done it.

Re: Olivas

Smoked an O in a robusto size yesterday. They have been in the humi for a year and I have to say its one of the best smokes I have had at any price. I have also had the G,and V series and as has been already stated its hard to find a bad one.

Re: Olivas

Had a serie O and it was one of the best cigars I've had. I also enjoy the G. Don't count out Flor de Oliva either, very cheap but great! I recently got a bundle of Flor de Oliva Gold Robustos and they are a delicious mild smoke...25 for $36
