Not meaning to hijack but i didn't think it was worthy of its own thread.

My friend loves RyJ Reserva Reals, what are some similar smokes i could gift him?

It seems RyJ sticks aren't mentioned at CS too often. My first cigar was a Romeo No. 1 tubos from Havana so that right there was enough to get me interested in their NC line. I like the vintage a lot compared to some of the more full bodied, spicier RyJ smokes. They're smooth and pretty mild but have some great flavor. Definitely pick one up and give it a shot!

Re: Romeo and Julieta

I really like the Vintage series. It has a smooth flavor with a hint of like hazelnut. It's a medium body cigar, I think it has a nice easy draw and my wife loves the smell of this cigar when I'm smoking it......LOL. I'm not a big drinker but I really enjoyed this with a glass of Crown Royal. Just my opinion.

Re: Romeo and Julieta

I'm a fan... good quality smoke overall, good flavor and flawless construction. Kind of a "go to" for me.

Romeo YYYYYYY Julieta.

Just kidding. I've had one of these before and it was OKAY.

I like to look for more than OKAY, however.
