Aren't these things kinda one and the same. Add ingrediants in a bathtub and if there is an explosion then you made a bomb, if not you probably have X.

As an aside am I the only one who finds it hilarious that this new generation of drug users is prepared to take designer drugs most likiely made by someone who failed high school chemistry?

You can google search Pacific Cigar Company.

They are the Asia/Pacific distributor for Habanos. On their site is a location button. They've got several lounges listed for Japan. I personally haven't been to Japan in over 15 years, before I smoked cigars, so I couldn't make any personal recommendations, but if I were going, this is probably where I'd start.
