56th is "way uptown"?? Dude, you are in downtown Manhattan! Thats like a 10 minute subway ride, at most! The De La Concha house blend cigars are definitely worth the trip.

Point taken. I'm a real creature of habit. I come in, do my work, and go home. Rarely do I venture even up to Chinatown.

I'll have to give it a try. Perhaps I'll hook up with the aldukes who says he works near there. They have a smoking lounge - we can meet up there and have a smoke. What do you say aldukes?

Ashton...looking over my post, I realized it came off as being rude. Sorry about that. I should of just simply said that I'm a fan of the cigars and encouraged you to get some.

Sorry for the delay in responding. Been working like a madman the last couple days. I prefer the Toro sized stick myself. I normally picked up those and the Churchill sized ones. If I remember right I think they were $7-8 a stick. Not too bad being a) its from Pepin and b) your buying it in Manhattan.
I too hear the creature of habit thing. When I worked in Manhattan, most times I would get off the train walk to work and walk back to Penn at the end of the day, with small trips to the deli at the end of the block mixed in. Except Fridays were smoke a cigar at lunch days which I would go to Tainos and hang out there for an hour or so and shoot the breeze with the owner.
