Beads - which to buy, 65% or 70%?

I'm thinking about getting a 1/2 pound of beads from Heartfelt and was wondering what most folks use. Since I will someday be upgrading to a cooler (down I go...), I was thinking 70%. They're not as air-tight as my humis. I usually keep my humidity at 65-70% in my humis, but I didn't want to go with the 65% beads if they couldn't keep give me a constant 65%. I know lower is always better. All thoughts welcome.

I use 70, they work just fine. I don't think it makes a difference really from 65-70.

A good cooler is very, very airtight.

Re: Beads - which to buy, 65% or 70%?

I have been of the thought that 70% is great for NC and 65% for CC... However, it's really a matter of what tastes good to you. Also, I would say that if you live in a very humid enviorment you should probably go with the 65% just to be on the safe side.

There is no right answer to be perfect candid.

I use 65% in my Humi and Coolerdor and wouldn't have it any other way.

Humidity varies from 63% to 67%. I add more water at 63%

It's a preference thing. How do you prefer to store your sticks? I keep mine (all NCs) at 70% RH when I'm storing them long term, but my humi of "ready to smoke" sticks is kept around 60-65%.

Beads in most environments will fluctuate +/- 2 or 3%. I like it between 60-70, and 65% beads ensure I'll be right there.

Exactly. I keep mine at 63%, I like how they smoke at that RH.
