A few of the cigars in the pictures look like they've been repaired (at the factory).

Averagejoe,

I can't believe that. Thanks for the info because I'll never order from there now either. I got 20 Gurkhas from Cbid and was unhappy with them and they sent 20 more no questions asked. Big fan of them.

Ive been very satisfied with all my transactions over several years with Holt's, Gigars International, Famous, ....never had a problem. Other vendors with which I had a problem were always willing to make reasonable efforts to satisfy. Of course this does not include JR or Thompson.
