3. it's a little of both on your last question. if you know you look like a hoodlum, then you should know that people will be skeptical of your intentions. is it right? no, but you should already expect that treatment if your outward appearance is of the same as someone who would "5 finger discount" some cigars.. again, doesn't make what he did right, and it's made me very pizzed before as well, so i can't say you're overreacing too much, but i would still go there.

and poker is correct. in germany, they will go into the humidor with you, put the cigars in a little tray, write down how much they are, carry them to the counter for you, and only after you pay are they actually in your posession.
