haven't noticed whether this happens only with maduros or not, but on many occasions, i've had to drop the kids off at the pool as soon as i finish....sometimes before.

other complications:
- stuck the lit end into my mouth
- out of commission for a day when i inhaled a considerable amount
- currently got some sort of skin irritation that acts up whenever i have a cigar. it's on both index fingers and that particular part of my finger just gets really really dry. i posted about this before, no biggie...unless i die from it or it makes its way to my crotch.

I had this before but not from cigars. Started out really dry and than started to flake and peel. Itchy as hell nothing got rid of it. Went to the doc and got a steroid cream put it on for 2 days and it was gone.

The only medical complications come from the a$$ kicking I get after my wife opens the charge bill.

There is a signaling molecule called acetylcholine that is involved in many processes, including smooth muscles such as those in the bowels. Nictotine activates some acetylcholine receptors, including those in the bowels. When you smoke and the nicotine reaches those receptors, it "speeds up" your bowles, making you have to poo. Your body can even become dependent on this, which is why when many cigarette smokers try to quit smoking, they become very very constipated.

Maybe this way Too Much Information, but I am a molecular biology/biochem major, and I can't resist.

no medical complaints here... I got sick on a few cigars, but I think that was my own fault! I guess I thought I was Rob Evans (smokinpoke) and puffed too fast...He is Mr. Iron Lungs!
