The wind and temperature in northeastern Maryland has really sucked lately. No place to smoke in any kind of shelter. Don't feel like trying to smoke anything only to chuck it halfway through. Back to the winter stock up mode.

It's just the opposite here is SW Florida. I'm starting to go through the summer stash I've built up. Who wants to smoke outside in 90 degree heat with 100% humidity. It's perfect weather here now.

Have fun stocking up. Take a trip to Florida like everyone else in the winter.

The winter up here is coming snow flakes last night and the small garage heater just doesn't cut it. Actually looked into a locker at the local B&M lounge today but that cost to much so I just got to make the rounds to the B&M around me.The only problem is I buy to much stuff when I hang out there well back to the garage for a smoke now and start thinking about saving for going south

Yeah, I get you; that's rough. Same here in Colorado.

Last year, my buddy and I used to go hang out at a bar or restaurant until we caught a buzz and then sit in his truck and listen to a new CD one of us bought while smoking a cigar with the heat on with the windows cracked and then go see a movie.

It was a pretty good system that we'll probably repeat this year.

I recommend it better than finding an over-priced cigar bar.

The smoking-in-someone's-vehicle system is a good one in the winter.

Time for short cigars and/or cheap cigars. In the winter, I put on some cut off finger gloves, light up something short/cheap and go for a walk around my neighborhood. I don't feel bad about throwing away part of a cheap cigar and the walking keeps me warm enough that I can finish a short cigar.

That's what I'm talking about! A little trip to Gainesville for perfect smoking weather and to stock up on my Gator gear!

It's getting pretty cold here in Michigan as well. Smoking outside at night is pretty much out now because of the forty degree weather. I found a nice local brewery that allows cigars and I checked that out last night. Watched the Wings game, enjoyed an MX2, and was comfortable being inside. Maybe this winter won't be so bad after all...
