GOt 8 out of 10, but one of the ones I missed has a wrong answer.

There was a brand of cigar called Morro Castle. Although discontinued, you can still turn up the occassional box of it. It ws made in Nicaragua!!
Really don't know of any other Morro Castle brand that was made elsewhere.
