I too got my start smoking Cuban cigars... my brother lived in Spain, and I visited him often, smoking cigars with cafe con leche's at the bars and cafes.

However I came to realize that "Cubans" was a useless generalization... there are cigars you'll like from Cuba, and cigars you won't. There's nothing magical about it, other than the mystique.

LOL...one of my close friends who's a super collector in Hong Kong (Mr. Mok) released one of his AVO 22 Euro cannisters to me about 2 months ago. He's got thousands of cigars and hundreds of boxes of sealed Cubans. He had 2 AVO 22 Euro cannisters and decided to sell me one. That one will remained sealed for a while. Khubli gifted me an Euro release (that's how I got hooked on 22s) so I know what it tastes like. I'll try to get a pic of both cannisters for you guys.
