I prefer all my cigars in the 70% range....I like the ever so slight softness when I lightly squeeze the foot of my cigars.

Winter is here; don't forget to add water to your beads more often especially if you have the heater on.
If you prefer 70% Rh, maybe you should try the 70% beads.
We all have different tastes and you should keep your smokes however you feel they smoke best.

If 72% was the reading after the salt test your hygrometer is off by 3 points. Keep that in mind when your reading the meter. I put a bit of masking tape and + or - the difference, in your case I would add 3 to the reading for the correct RH..

Don't get hung up on perfect humidity. Stability is the key.
