Today I received a catalogue from CUBAN CRAFTERS. I have never had any dealings with them and wonder if any of the BOTL had purchased any of their cigars and, if so what is your impression?[/SIZE]

Re: Cuban Crafters

I enjoy the Red label(Medium) and Brown label(full). The Green's are ok, if you like mild bodied. The Cuban Crafters Cammies are really good as well. I would tell you to order from them, great products and great customer service!

Ran a search and found 30 threads with "cuban crafters" in the title. Maybe one of them can help.

In general I will pass on green and red
Brown, white, J. L. Salazar y Hermanos, and CC selec. are pretty good.
For the price Browns are hard to beat, especially when they are on sale

I haven't had any of their cigars, but I've dealt with them for non cigar items and they're top notch people

I bought a box of Brown Labels and they arrived very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again based on the prompt service I received.

Re: Cuban Crafters

I like the brown label. The la carolinas are good too. I just saw in this recent catalog that they have brought back the Cupido. I wonder how they compare to the original....

Re: Cuban Crafters

I love cuban crafter cigars, always have a box from them in my humidor, and their customer service is really good. If you don't want to spend much money trying their stuff they have a $20 sampler

Not much experience with many of their lines,
but I really enjoyed the Don Kiki brown labels.

I like the CC Torpedo. They are very well made with a rich flavor to them.

Since Cuban Crafters are well made and priced right I have looked at selling them out of my bar.

Re: Cuban Crafters

I like the Don Kiki Green Label (mild).

I've smoked three Don Kiki Red Label cigars (out of a bundle of 25). So far, they've been all over the map. One was harsh and bitter. One was bland. The third was spicy with a heavy "pepper" taste.

Like I said, All over the map. I can't recall ever having a single cigar that was so inconsistent like these Red Labels.

I keep some of their 420 Marleys and Vegas DeTabacalera Esteli Rubustos in my humidor at all times.
