I may be an addict

I seem to enjoy shopping for cigars just as much as I enjoy smoking them. I got 40 sticks in on Friday, 20 more in the mail, I won 50 today and have bids in for 100 more. I can't seem to stay away from CBid. All my humidors are full. I just moved all the sticks for my cooler to my wine cooler and now it looks like I'm on my way to filling it back up. Is there a 12 step program for this type of thing? I can't go any farther down the slope. If I don't drop anchor right here I'll have to start eating cat food.

Wow! I thought I was bad. You make me look like I buy 1 cigar a week.

LOL, that sounds almost exactly like what I pulled in last week. Its gotten to the point where I HAVE to tell myself, "Do NOT go to CBid or CI or JRs or JoesCigar today to check out what the latest deals are".

It's gonna take the mental toughness I don't think I have right now

I see nothing wrong with this...and BTW, cat food tastes fine so long as you use ketchup

I did the exact same thing in the beginning... then some evil bastard introduced me to habanos. I haven't bid on/won a cbid auction in a few months.

I find very few NC's worth the money anymore. It's all about Habanos now. Beware of that slope.

I think the last step in the twelve step program is to buy a cabinet humi!

Re: I may be an addict

Best thing to try is a "cigar budget"

The other thang that has worked for me is a cigar limit. Once you have say 500 cigars you stop buying. Then if you want to try something look to trade for it.
