LOL, I know. Bobarian made mention that he found some in a Safeway so I stopped in this afternoon to see if I couldn't find additonal stuff. No luck, but I ended up walking out with 2 bottles of Warre's Warrior Special Reserve (probably won't win any WS awards but I sure like it) and a bottle of Taylor Fladgate something or other (can't remember the year/designation).

Yet another slope...

Graham's Six Grapes is a great reserve port. Fruity, smooth, with nice grip; it is by far one of the best deals in port going. Sometimes I would rather drinbk Graham's more so than most LBV's.

Thumbs up Re: 6 grapes port

Read the same thread and I'm adding this to the list of pick ups for our next trip to the liquor store!

I love a good port!

Taylor Porto Late Bottled Vintage '01 is great as well, and sells for $18 at Bevmo. For a tawny, try Benjamin Tawny Port, which is $11. Just waiting for the next Bevmo coupon before I pick up some more.

An Excellent Port. SmokeyJoe turned me on to it. A nice compliment to a good cigar.

Re: 6 grapes port

Anyone try the Graham's Late Bottle Vintage 2002? I have a couple of bottles in my basement.

I am asking because I don't drink alcohol (just a personal choice) but I do have a few bottles. I am wondering what to give the GF's father for Xmas; the LBV or 6 grapes.

Re: 6 grapes port

I wish I could get it for that online price at that website. Too bad they don't deliver to MI. I would stock up for some herfs and gifts.

ATLHarp represented the FL Crew well at LexHerf last year with the Centenario XX Rum and the 6 Grapes Port. Love them both!
