Re: 6 grapes port

I've had 6 grapes port and love it. Runs about $19.00 at ABC Liquor. Highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

I also found this at Safeway locally, but I have not tried it yet. But I also read good things about this port!

Re: 6 grapes port

Port really goes good with cigars. Its a classic English tradition from the 19th century. Another cant miss port is Sandeman Reserve. I am finding that you dont have to go really crazy and get a high dollar port in order to enjoy the taste. But my palette is fairly noobish when it comes to ports.

Re: 6 grapes port

ATLHarp turned me on to this brand. I was able to get a bottle at Lowes Foods right before Thanksgiving for $19 a bottle.

6 Grapes is good. It is as much as $24.00 in the local B&M's but we get it at Costco for $16.00 a bottle.

Re: 6 grapes port

My wife has started to get into ports really heavily. Unfortunately, she prefers the Tawny varieties. Right now she likes the 20 year ports. The six grapes was a bit young for her tastes, but I loved it. 20 or so bucks a bottle around here.
