I agree with almost all here, I try it at least a few times with every cigar, more if I can handle it. When I first started smoking, I have to admit, I really didn't like it. It blew out my sinuses and ruined the rest of my smoke. Now I have to try to see if i'm missing anything.

I have yet been able to do this with any enjoyment. Perhaps I just need to power through it but in my almost 2 years of smoking it hasn't happened. Just makes me want to cough & choke. Call me a puss but I'm not attempting. I don't think you need to exhale through the nose to get the full effect of a cigar. Just my
