Tornados suck

Who woulda thought on January 7th we'd have tornadoes. One hit just about 10 miles east of me. tore up a nice apple orchard place that makes incredible apple cider doughnuts. Fortunately, only a handful of people injured.

My oldest daughter's high school held them for a half an hour until the storm passed. Kind of a crazy day today.

Glad to hear you are ok. Tornados are some scary $hit. Could you put up some posters for your lost box like it was a cat? You could also look into if there are any recourses from the shipper for weather destroying your package.

Fixed it for ya Yeah, we were lucky and so were our friends. I was out at 5 this morning looking for the box, but didn't find anything.

Thanks to everyone for offering positive thoughts. Kinda weird sitting and waiting for something to demolish the house. Thankfully it didn't happen.

I feel for your "restriction", buddy! I bought so many cigars last year that I'm on "restriction" for a year! Oh, well, I still have 150 or so cigars left to "age'! Glad to hear you and your family are OK!

Glad to hear you and your family are fine and were not really effected by the storm. To be honest when I first started reading this I thought it was another thread about a bomb sent to you. I actually read it twice just to make sure I was reading it correctly. Sucks about the smokes but it could have been far worse. You did the right thing in putting your son first and not worrying about the smokes.

It's simple things like this beyond normal customer service that will influence decisions that may not normally end up in an order being placed with you! Replacing one order will be paid for one hundred fold with an attitude like this!
I know I've been kicking around a particular item and this helps the decision become a little easier......... Once I recover from a non-cigar spending spree of my own!
