I doubt it, I think that ****** frowns on there service being used to pay for tobacco products.

Yep, you want to avoid using ****** when buying from sites that sell cigars.

NOW, if you find a BOTL selling cigars here you can send ****** if they accept it, BUT........................

make sure you put something like "Payment for fishing lures" in the subject line. Of course be sure to communicate that with the seller. That's how I've used ****** before.

I purchased a few times from Chris at Philly Smoke Shop (hermit11) using ****** without any problems. I can't recommend Chris highly enough. His packaging, prices and customer service are top notch.

I actually make it a point not to keep a balance in my ****** account. There have been too many problems with people on ebay trying to get a refund claiming the seller never sent the item. Which believe me, I go above and beyond. So Just to be safe I clear it out asap.

Its unfortunate that a few bad apples ruin the whole bushel.

Get a ****** debit card, and you can access the funds in your account just like your regular checking account with the bank. Then you can buy tobacco products and not violate any of their policies (at least from what I've read and repeatedly done)

It has worked for me that way . Just make sure you don't have a large balance in PP just in case they decide to be ridiculous and freeze your account . After all with PP you never know what change they will make next to try and keep more of your money . An unbiased payment service is desperately needed .
