Smoking with the Stars

We had our Chief, Army Reserve and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Reserve, Lieutenant General Jack Stultz here over the pass 36 hours for the Army Reserve's 100th Anniversary Reenlistment Ceremony.

Last night we sat outside the Joint Visitor's Bureau and fired up some nice smokes. The "Boss" lit up a macanudo to start and finished the evening with a red dot Cohiba. I fired up a FS 3000 - smoked a little harsh last night, but I was on an empty stomach when I lit up.

I took a whole bag of cigars with me and passed some out to the Personnel Security Detachment (PSD) Soldiers that were assisting us with LTG Stultz's security. Left the bag of leftovers with them and you would have thought Santa just came to town.

I tip my hat and salute all of you for the outstanding job you all are doing over there. I know you don't get the sort of press you ought. But let's face it, your not there for the "ata boys." Here's to you for a wonderful job under pressure and for a job well done!!!
