Re: Friday Night Stogie

Smoked a Padron Maduro gifted to me by RumblePen this afternoon. Looking for something short tonight, perhaps one of SeanGar's Silencios?

About an inch into a Sublime that is almost a year old.

Probably a waste ... but It's a lot better than fresh.

Re: Friday Night Stogie

I broke out the pipe earlier and had a bowl full of Dunhill early morning pipe. I got a box of Hemingway Short Stories yesterday, I think that'll be next.

Re: Friday Night Stogie

I had a Padron 2000 Maduro for the first time last night. I have enjoyed the naturals in the past but I thought the maduro was much better. I was really suprised, although three single malts may have had an influence.

Yeah. Feeling worse today. My nose is all blocked up and I barely have the energy to dial up Club Stogie. Can still imagine the taste and smell of a good stogie, but wouldn't be able to really enjoy it if I tried.

I'm eying up an ERDM Petit Lonsdale. Nice little under-an-hour cigar. Goes well with a cold beer.

One of the finest cigars I have ever had. Great taste all the way to the end, a real finger-burner. Your mileage may vary, but I personally think it's one of the best cigars on the market.

This discussion has made me crave one; I think I'll have one right now.

Friday Night Stogie smoking will start early this Friday since I have the day off. I think that I'm going to try out the Partagas torp I bought before lunch then the Gloria torp in the afternoon.
