I like to smoke in the car. It is rare for me to be alone at home and have time to smoke so the car is (sometimes) that place for me (too bad my commute to work is about 10 minutes). But I have found the combination of nicotine, extra smoke due to the windows not being fully open, the motion of the car, and not being able to spit as much can really amplify the effect of the cigar. If it is stop and go traffic or lots of turns I will almost certainly feel queasy. Open highway isn't as bad. I'll throw mine out if I start to feel ill.
