Sorry for all the hassles, it happens sometimes, we hear about it but when it happens to ones self, then it really stinks. Good luck, most cigar companies are really cool about fixing these issues. You can sign up for a FedEx account for free and select to have all packages delivered through them must be signed for.

We had issues before with delivery companies around here. One guy logged in that he had tried to deliver a package but no one was home, except for the fact that my wife was sitting by the door and just finished talking to me two minutes earlier knowing we had a package coming that needed to be signed for.

I feel sure your credit card company will back you up. If you do not have the item you paid for they will credit you back. I worked in the hotel industry for a while and we always lost to the consumer... The credit card company will protect your interests...

Great news guys..... Although FedEx roally screwed this one up by not only shipping to the wrong address ,but not being able to retrive them from that address. The company i went trhough CigarKings were great over this whole thing. They also talked with FedEx on the incident and have had a hassle with them also on this one. After this they were sadly out of the Perdomo Golf series( which I was craving very badly) but they sent me instead the Reserve ltd. edition Cameroons. This cigar I had never had but fell in love instantly. If you are familiar with the Cigar King company they are great in customer service and I def. will do business with again, But probably not FedEx.

Oh yeah one more thing they did send it again FedEx but this time i requested a signature , and FedEx yet again did not get a signature and just left it at my door.... Incompentance!!!!!!!!
