Cigars Stolen!!!!

Today will have to go down as a bad one. Last week I ordered a box of perdomo ltd reserfve golf edt. cigars. I waited all week for them to come in. Finally today i called up the company and asked what the deal was , and they told me they were delivered to my door yesterday at 10:00. To my suprise i never received them. I called FedEx i called the company i did the deal with and they know nothing. All i wanted was to come home after a long day to a great cigar. Not going to happen now.

This is going to be my one and only rant for a while by the way. Im dearly depressed after waiting and still not being able to smoke them. Curse the person/persons that stole them.

Call the company back that you bought them from. If they are a stand up company, they'll ship ya some new ones. This isn't the first time Fedex hasn't delivered a package when they were supposed to. I used to work for them, I should know.

Too late for this batch, but I specify in all my cigar orders that signature is required for delivery. If the shop doesn't specify it, then they replace the sticks. If the delivery company doesn't get my signature, then they replace the sticks.

Sure, it's a bit of a hassle because you have to go to them to pick up the sticks, but the alternative is what we had here today (name that movie).

Been there done that. Here is what you do,


Call FedEx and ask them to prove they delivered it to the right address and ask for the name of the person who signed for the package. If they delivered it to the right address and did not get a signature ask them why. Then call the company that shipped it and ask if they required a signature. If they did and FedEx did not get one tell them you expect a new box shipped because you did not get it and FedEx lost your package. If they did not require a signature request they send you a new box because FedEx lost your package and can not prove it was delved to you, if they refuse tell them you will call the credit card company you used to purchase it and dispute the sale. Just do not let the retail company tell you it is your problem to deal with FedEx because it is not your problem unless FedEx can prove to all parties they delivered it to the right person. If they have a signature for a name of someone other than a legal resident of the house it was addressed to you can dispute the charges and a good retailer will resolve this in time.


Sorry you have to go through this but it can be resolved.

Call the vendor.

If you did not sign for them and they show not delivered, you will have no problem getting a replacement or full refund.

It should be between the vendor and the shipper as far as who's going to pay for it, but it should not be you! (and you shouldn't have to harass them both, the vendor should be the one to contact the shipper)
