Re: Taboo cigars

Thanks for all the kind words!

I have been overwhelmed with emails and pm's. I try to respond as fast as possible to everyone. If I have missed anyone, please let me immediately. Keep the emails and pm's coming. I just know with as many as I get it is possible to miss one or two.

Taboo Cigars has been my dream for a long time and I am very thankful for the support you guys have shown. I will continue to work hard to bring you guys the best service and cigars at a very fair price.

I would also like to thank those of you that support the Troops.

My Military days:
USS OHIO SSBN 726 1990-1992
1988-1992 US NAVY

Any past or current Submariners on here? ("BubbleHeads")

Thanks for everything

Rob

Re: Taboo cigars

Rob,

I'm not a Submariner but I have been called Bubblehead.

My brother is a civilian working as an engineer for the Navy developing some sort of underwater detection systems for submarines. It's Top Secret so he doesn't tell me anything. He gives me the old if I tell you I have to kill you line.

Hmm, I live in Charleston now, used to live an hour from Norfolk, was born in south Georgia, and have a good friend in CT. Close to subs my whole life but never served in the navy. Thanks for your service and THANKS FOR TABOO!

Re: Taboo cigars

I was in Dallas last weekend and I found a convenience store with a walk-in humidor. And they had Taboo cigars! That was cool to me because I have never smoked one and I've never seen Taboo cigars in Tulsa. Anyway, I tried a Taboo twist and it was a damn good smoke. I need to order soon!

Re: Taboo cigars

Just wanted to shout out to Rob and thank him for the great sale. Placed a few orders from him and received my first order yesterday. As a rule, I never smoke anything the day I receive it, and let it sit in the cooler for at least a few days.

I couldn't hold back on one of the Oliva V Torpedos I received from Taboo. It just looked and smelled too good to resist. Fired it up and had 2 hours of great, even burning pleasure....

Thanks Rob

Re: Taboo cigars

I want to send a thanks to Rob and Patrick at Taboo and all the folks at Club Stogie. I recently decided to get serious about cigars and joined the forum just in time for the Taboo 33% sale. As a result, I bought a bunch of Fuente and Padron cigars that I probably wouldn't have bought at full price, and I got a great deal on a couple of hygrometers and the 50 count humidor with 5 free new Exotics.

You guys are the best!
