Experiment in Tasting

I have been thinking a lot lately on Blind tasting, Flavor profiles, etc. I put together some hypotheses and I would like to try them out with my fellow BOTL. I need 3 volunteers for the testing. There are requirements to being a volunteer:

1. NO food allergies
2. Have a hard time distinguishing flavors in cigars.
3. Must be able to review in a week or so of receiving.
4. Follow Directions Carefully!!

So that's it for requirements.

The basis for the testing is: We will be trying to accomplish better cigar palates through the use of food memory. I will supply the food and cigars.

I will go further into detail once I have my volunteers.

I wish I could get in on this, but as some people have seen mail takes [SIZE=3]A LONG[/SIZE][SIZE=3][SIZE=2] to get to me, and I am [/SIZE][/SIZE]allergic to some things... although I don't think you will be sending lobsters thru the mail!!

As someone who does have a hard time distinguishing flavors in cigars I will be watch this thread VERY carefully!

I'm in. These blind taste tests have always interested me. No allergies, except to cats (so I guess dog rockets are fair game then...) Depending on when you were going to start this and if you wanted to get involved with a BOTL from the north. We're known to be a little unstable

If either one of you has any doubts about the requirements, please ask to be removed. I am very serious about those requirements. Especially number 4.

VERY interested to see where this goes. I've yet to experience any Leather, Pepper or CREAMY sensations/taste from ANY cigar.

That link (same as first time) is dependent on a search you ran. You'll have to find the actual link for whatever you're trying to show, rather than a search link.

@ Virginia Gent, I have no problem with noobs as far as they truly understand the requirements. You will be next in line if Snoman13 isn't able to do this.
