Any issues ordering from CI today?

Curious if anyone has been having a problem with Cigars International processing their order today or yesterday. I have a feeling it must have to be something with their system causing an issue.

I order roughly $300-400 from CI a month using my credit card and placed an order last night as usual, same card. CI emailed me to call them as there was an issue processing. After giving the customer service rep my number and expiration date I figured as usual it would go through.

Not so lucky this time. I tried 4 other cards. None of them were accepted. I don't carry a balance on any of these cards so I know they weren't maxed out. Even tried my bank issued debit card, no dice. The woman on the phone probably thought I was trying to use stolen cards or fake numbers.

Haven't had a problem.
Keep us updated on this issue though. Doesn't sound good to me.

You may want to call your card company and make sure they aren't blocking the sale because they think the transaction is fraudulent. I had that happen before.

If it were just one card this may have been the case but I tried 4 separate cards. Chase, Capital One, Wamu, and my bank issued Wachovia Visa can't all be having a problem on my end. At least I hope not. I've made a trip to the ATM today and used my CC at the gas station as usual all without issue.

Maybe it is like at the bar when you get hammered drunk. If so I think they cut you off. Hope you get it worked out. I know I hate hitting branches in my tumble down the slope.

My orders go through just fine at checkout. The next morning I received an email telling me to call customer service because there was a problem with my card.

I'm ashamed to admit it but that happened to me last week b/c I paid with a maxed out card. I forgot to pay on that particular card but the other one went thru. CI is GREAT!!!

So when you called customer service they straightened it out? I had a problem when I bought some flowers online with my debit card. The order didn't go through so I used a different card and it went through fine. I then tried using the debit card to get gas and it wouldn't work. I called the debit card company and they said they had problems with the particular site I ordered flowers from so they automatically shut off the card if it is used at that site until they contact the card owner to make sure the purchase was valid and the card info had not been stolen.
