Favorite place to enjoy a smoke?

In the summer, I sit out on the patio with my neighbor or other cigar friends. Unfortunately, I currently sit in the garage and look at mess of the workshop trying to heat it a bit with space heaters.

Truly, my favorite places to enjoy cigars are anywhere with my cigar buddies and some really comfy leather chairs good coffee and drinks.

Along this vein, I hope to build a cigar room in the basement that will be our new mecca during the winter. SWMBO introduced me to the weed so she approves if we seal it out the smoke and ventilate. It is a fine dream of a new favorite place to smoke. Maybe even a small walk-humidor....how cool would that be?

I've got about 8 different porches,,,all of them great places to overlook pine trees as the house sits overlooking a valley floor. I keep a bottle of Drambuie close by and some great tunes to block out any orders the wife might be wanting to give out as I partake in a very religious ceremony of drink,,,smoke,,listen,,,and look at nature. Life just doesn't get any better!!

After work in the evening you can find me on my front porch, which overlooks the 18th hole of my favorite golf course. There"s a stream and some ponds, hard to see in the dark though.

Best place I ever found was back in my first few months of smoking. I was at my parents' house for summer and me and a few buddys would walk out onto the golf course and sit on the bridge that crosses the lake in front of the 18th green there. It was a perfect place to kick back and enjoy a good cigar with great friends in a peaceful location. Now my favorite place is out on my balcony overlooking the pool at night.

Any golf course and my front porch. The best place I ever enjoyed a cigar was a restaurant at the top of a mountain in Bavaria with some very close friends. We were celebrating his 60th with some nice cubans.

Generally, I enjoy a smoke anywhere I can hook up with CS members.
Have had that opportunity plenty.

However, more times than not, here is where I enjoy a smoke. Sometimes with dad. Sometimes with dad and son. Sometimes with lots of folks. Sometimes just plain by myself. It is a view I enjoy quite a bit and am proud to have.

Oh, in case I forgot to mention, that is exactly what it looks like all year except when the daily summer rains come for an hour or two and the lake fills up a bit more.

The front porch and I really enjoy it when the Bald Eagles are out fishing. I can't catch a minow, but those SOB's are flying around with 15 lb. Rockfish in their talons.

It is a pricey town but I was lucky to get in when IBM left 12 years ago and the market had dropped here. Went nuts after that and now, well, it is down a bit and may be that window again for anyone looking to head down here.
Boca is very central for South Florida and is a very clean, well groomed and well maintained town. All the streets are spotless and they all have palm tree lined islands. All major streets are 45-50 MPH limit. You can go quite fast all around town.

No doubt.
In 12 years, they have yanked out a handful but always quite small relatively speaking. You can hear them at night doing their mating calls.

Just remember, when hurricanes do come, the view changes dramatically.
