Al, if you saw how my PM's exploded at Nick's request you would realize our Patriot Gorillas need very little inspiration
I'll try to get some pics if I get a chance...
Easy to support our gals and guys around the world. They don't always get the support from the media and certain groups in our own country. Its a small gesture but we hope it helps in some small part. Many thanks to Dave and folks like him that take time to send the goodies to the troops.

Re: A request from a CS Gorilla in Iraq

To all my fellow Gorillas,
Thanks for all the support! I can't tell you how much this will be appreciated by myself and by all the other Marine's and soldiers that I support over here in Afghanistan. From what Dave told me the response was overwhelming, like no other. Dave, I only hope that you get a chance to read this before sending the package off. I don't know how much there is but please take some away and send them to the other troops elsewhere in the world, they need them as well. I really do appreaciate the response from everyone and believe me if I was supporting a bigger number of troops then I would take them all, but as it stands right now I only have 50 to 55 guys under me. So don't take that the wrong way, please. One a lighter note I'm doing fine, all my guys and the few girls I got working for me have been safe since they all got here, missing home but otherwise doing good, and doing some of the best if not the best work I've seen in a long time. Please pass to one to someone you know who has a son or daughter serving in the armed forces: Thanks to them for all of the good work! Especially thanks to the Mom's and Dad's, brother's and sisters, spouses and kids of all my troops and troops everywhere. Keep up the good work! Semper Fi!!

Re: A request from a CS Gorilla in Iraq

Sorry for the long length of the previous post. The internet overhere is not working that good right now, so we're all taking turns logged onto someone else's account. So sorry for the rambling, who knows when its gonna be up again. Thanks for all the support. Maybe I will start my own B&M over here. Any good names?

Re: A request from a CS Gorilla in Iraq

Nick,

Asking the BOTL/SOTL's to slow down has the opposite effect. Hope you enjoy all the smokes and accessories heading your way. Many thanks to Dave for cooridinating this. I know I get confused when I get a couple of packages in the mail the same day. I can't imagine what it's like to get all this together, thank the donators, then repacakage and get it to you folks, etc. But above all, thanks to you Nick and all those who so courageously serve!

As far as a B&M name, why not just name it Ragin' Cajuns!
