Devil site dropped DHL ?

Doh !!!!!!!!! I know some people had troubles with them but I had great success. I ship everything to my work address and would always get my stuff on Monday afternoon. Never damaged, never lost and all was well. I see last weeks shipment went UPS and the tracking info now says estimated delivery is Tuesday, in my area that will end up being wed or Thursday, they are always late.

I've won several 5er's recently and they all came USPS in perfect condition.

Out here on the west coast its almost painful to see something has been shipped DHL. My last win was shipped via DHL and it took around 8 days to arrive. USPS or UPS is usually about 3-4. In fact, at my job we had to drop DHL because they were so unreliable with their shipping times. Although I have heard they are excellent overseas.

Ditto here on the East Coast. I've had 2 Cbid shipments from them - one temporarily lost (i had to help them locate it) and the other delayed inexplicably. That's a pretty crappy record, albeit anecdotal.

Personally, everything from the devil comes DHL and I have never had a problem. I know this is contrary to most people's dealings with the company, but I wonder what the difference is.

Same here. I read on their sites forum that it was price, but some say it was the complaints. I say give me a choice. according to UPS tracking they did not pick it up until Friday. DHL already had it in Ohio by then.

Oh well guess I will just suck it up.

I HATED DHL when I was getting c-bid packages regularly. It would take 4 days or more to get my stuff from PA to MA which shouldn't take more than 2-3 days max. After a while I got tired of it and I had c-bid ship all my stuff only USPS.

I still get it from DHL once in a while, actually my shipment last week was through them, though this week it's UPS. It seems to rotate USPS, UPS, DHL for me. And I hate DHL it always ends with a note on the front door of my building and me driving 10 miles to the DHL center to pick up my package.

I've never had a problem with DHL. I signed an adult waiver slip with them early on and they leave everything on the porch.

They switch it up. I perfer usps over DHL. DHL always takes longer for some reason

I know right if its usps its here by saturday DHL it takes till at least wednesday

Received my second winnings via USPS Priority yesterday. I was suprised that it was delivered on a Saturday and by the USPS. My first package came DHL, but that was a few weeks ago.
DAMN the Devil's site. Now I don't have to be concerned that my package is sitting in some terminal over the weekends.

If they dropped DHL, that makes me happy. DHL has delivered several of my cbid shipments to the wrong address. My street address is 10209 but they've left my packages at 10220 and 10206! The address was right on the label and my address is very clearly marked.

When I used to live in NY, I always received my weekly shipment on Friday via DHL, which was really cool. Auctions ended on Wed, shipped on Thurs, received on Fri. Never a problem with CBid or DHL. Now I live in NC, I receive them on Monday via UPS. No problems....yet.
