Hoyo de Monterrey Governors?

After working on a speech for school on Red Auerbach, and learning that these were his favorite cigars, i really want to buy a box (i've liked all the HdM's i've tried, plus, if it's good for the best of the best, why not me?). they are priced well, but i wanted some other opinions on them. anyone had great / terrible experiences? any info or help is appreciated

I bought a box several months ago of the HdM Governors Maduro. I cannot remember the online shop I got them from, but the price was very reasonable for a box of 25 (including custom bands).

They are one of the most consistent and flavorful cigars out of the humidor. I hand them out regularly when friends come over to smoke. I have never heard anything but praise for these sticks. I am looking to buy another couple boxes in the near future. Everything from aroma, burn, ash to construction, flavor, and balance are right on.

These were recommended to me when I first started smoking, and I liked them. Nothing complex but the flavors were enjoyable nonetheless. Good, long smoke too. As I remember, the price was ridiculously low, so it would be a good smoke for someone trying to stock up a humidor.

Stopped into a shop in Old Town and saw the HDM Governor's a couple of months ago while in DC on business; had been currently enjoying the like of R&J, RP, Perdomo & some Gurk's at the current time - the Hoyo surprised me with what a smooth, buttery smoke it was (never had one up until that time) - it's right in the medium of the power/flavor field IMO. I want to try a few more off the Hoyo line first (Excalibur and others) before buying but if you have tried others and can get a good deal on a box, I would say pull the trigger if you like the rest of the line - they've been around.

I bought a box of 10 today from JRCigars.com for $25.95. What really hooked me, though, was that JR threw in a 5-pack of HdM (various sizes) for free. Even after $5 shipping, that comes out to $2/cigar. Not bad at all.
