Every once in a while I will put a big dip in and start to feel really weird, usually it's a diarrhea/throw up feeling at the same time. If you're a pretty tough guy you can just wait that feeling out, but otherwise just go puke and get it over with. I tend to just lie on the couch for about 10 minutes.
Right on! Now when I smoke three sticks back to back I sometimes get that feeling like Im a little wooooooozy.

Re: I had a bad reaction to my cigar

I get this from time to time, usually when I smoke a strong stick after a few days of not smoking at all.

I wouldn't worry too much-- but you may want to think twice about taking medical advice from an internet message board. If it happens again, maybe talk to your doctor.

Are these symptoms of a nicotine reaction? Anyone ever have a reaction to there usually normal cigars? Cigars usually don't mess with me.
I'm gonna go ahead and put that cigar in the do not smoke file.

Re: I had a bad reaction to my cigar

I'm with Mullet on this one. I have since quit chewing tobacco, but even after being a regular user for a couple years, I would catch a hardcore buzz now and then. A cigar buzz doesn't even come close to a dip buzz. Sorry to hear that happened, but probably just a fluke.

Yep, just without the shakes. At the end of our dart games I started sweating and felt nauseous. I had just smoked an RP Edge to the nub without eating much before hand...

Shoot some heroin... that'll counteract the effects.

Kidding, of course. Seriously, though, I haven't had my a$$ kicked by a cigar in a while but when I did, it was the EXACT same experience you described...
no amount of sugar or anything was helping me at that time... I kinda just laid in bed and prayed for death for an hour or so.

I think you just end up getting used to it, but if you are a newbie, don't huff down a VSG Corona Gorda.
