You are talking about the Perfect Ash, it's "club" opened up a couple of months ago (they took over the binocular store that was to their west, and converted it). Last time I checked, it was $200 a year with a $50 initiation. The only entrance that I saw to the club is through the store, and I was told that they have started a waiting list to join
