I live in Minnesota, Mounds View if any one does to. I was wondering with the new smoking ban it there any smoking bars around. I have always wanted to go to one. It sounds like a nice place to just relax and meet some new people. also if people have been to some or go on a regular basis how it.

You are actually lucky if you live in Moundsview, because you have one of the very few places to smoke indoors right in your back yard, the lounge across from the Saturn dealer on Co. 10. Vinos? IIRC. Just reopened, used to be across the street in Roberts.

But when I WAS back in mn, hell lol NO ONE WAS ACTIVE!
it sucked ass, i was here.. all alone, southern mn, No one.. BOO!

now i bumped the city up a little bit, Now in VEGAS, and in the entire city, i got 2-3 guys that i smoke with, Better then nothing

I usually go to the golden leaf in uptown 1-3 times a week. There is a camacho event at tobacco grove on May 10 that I am making a special trip out for.

How about you, what's your shop?

I'm in the eastern burbs, I can be found at Stogies, St. Croix, or the new Leaf in St. Paul

A couple guys on the board work at St. Croix (a few more live out that way), a few in the northern burbs are trying the new place on hwy 10 & H2 (off 35W)

There is some talk about having a spring HERF, keep your eyes open for the Twin Cities thread

First of all you will be back,,I saw on TV that Vegas is running out of water..
,,I read that there is a place in Lillydale that just opened and the dues are 250 a year and you get a pass card and you can go in anytime and smoke,,there just happens to be a cigar shop next door and they applied and I believe got a bottle club license,,no employees so its should be good to go..The head cancer dude thinks its illegal but screw him I believe its with in the smoking ban exceptions,, anyway worst case scenario for anti smoking Nazis,, an attorney is a co owner so he can represent the business if it ends up in court..
The only place around here is the Diamond Joe Casino in Iowa,(which is about 30 Miles from Austin) and The Casino in Red Wing,,you kinda have to watch where you smoke buts its ok.
