Cuban Crafters....adventures in ordering...

First order I placed with CC I ordered the special with 15 Don Kiki Green Labels, the 20ct humidor and the cutter. It arrived just fine.

I checked my card statement about a week later and discovered I had been billed TWICE by CC for that package....two separate times! I called them up to ask about it. The end result was they refused to refund the second charge, but they shipped a second package to me. Some CS they have there I thought.

So the second one arrives....two weeks later. Looks like it went to Berlin and back...box is gouged, taped, and otherwise looked terrible.

I was almost willing to overlook a $30 mistake, after all it did give me another gift set to give away. Then I smoked one of those Green Labels with a friend because he insisted I try one with him.


And that was the last order I placed with CC.

Wow, this is all really unfortunate. I really love the Cuban Crafters Cabinet Selections - good thing the local B&M stocks them so that I don't have to worry about the "legendary service" you guys are stuck with. Sucks.

I've only placed one order with them but it was painless and quick, plus the humidor I got from them has worked great from day one. In fact, this is the first I've heard of issues with CC.

Called CC this morning and spoke to Armando in Customer Svc. He tracked my order and was quite surprised that this mistake was NOT caught sooner. !?!?!?

Anyway......He assured me my order would go out USPS Priority TODAY , etc. And it sounds like I'm getting a free sampler for my trouble.

I'll post a followup in a few days when it arrives.
