I love Torpedos and Robustos. My favorite size, but I don't smoke many, is the 6X60. I think they're a lot of fun because they take so long to smoke.

The Camacho Triple Maduro 6X60 tried to kill me!!! Seriously a great smoke!!!

Re: Large ring gauge?

I too am on a large ring guage kick. I've already tried the CAO Italia (started off with much potential, but then fell flat). Looking forward to the Brazila next. And I picked up a Gurkha Warlord yesterday!

BIG RING GUAGE!

Actually, I'm smoking Taboo Twist Toros and some Saint Luis Rey Churchills... liking the bigger cigars right now, too.
Ya know I was almost shocked at the size of the Taboo Twist. For some reason I just wasn't expecting that!

Re: Large ring gauge?

Try the La Gloria Cubana Reserva Figurados. I like the Piramides Clasicas in a 7.1 x 56. Very good smoke, but tough to find in stock as they are limited production.

Re: Large ring gauge?

You should try the Maxx line most of those are large RG, and the one's I have smoked were tasty, and I am not a huge fan of large RG cigars.

Re: Large ring gauge?

I always feel a little odd smoking large RG cigars. It's probably something Freudian. I'm sure I'll get over it eventually.

Re: Large ring gauge?

I was on the same large RG kick myself until NC Radio Man gifted me a Padilla perla 4X40 I think ( Thanks again Greg) now I can't stop smoking PC's, granted several of them have been Boli PC's and Party Shorts. Funny how one great cigar can change your smoking preferences.
