CI Sale / Ghurka Question

I got an email from CI about a 5-pack Ghurka sale. I don't have a lot of experience with Ghurka so I am curious what to try.

Currently I have only had the Triple Ligero

Let me know what you think.

Re: CI Sale / Ghurka Question

I have not had a bad one yet. I have a ton of the:

Class Regent
Ltd. Expedition Series
8-Year Aged Legend

I have a dozen or so assorted others, and have tried about 6 or 7 different lines.

Smoke at least 5 or 6 a week. So far the Expedition Series is the mildest I have tried.

Give them a try

Chas

I don't know because I can't keep track of the amount of different styles and names Ghurka comes up with.

Re: CI Sale / Ghurka Question

I enjoy the symphony #4 occasionaly kinda reminds me of a RP CONN with a little more body. Good coffe/cigar combo. These can be found on cbid cheaper! but with free shipping it equals out.

Re: CI Sale / Ghurka Question

I agree with the legend recommendation, but since it is not a choice I would say If you like a mild cigar go with the symphony. IF something a little bolder than both the gold and signature are very good.

Somehow, the Gurkha Grand Envoy was left off the list. For me, one of the best Gurkhas' ever! Great taste, great burn, great price. Dont miss this one!

The list includes only the Gurkhas that CI is selling for $14.95 a 5-pack. It is a special deal that I got in an email. I am sure that there are many other great choices but I was looking to pick up a couple of the on sale 5-packs so that's the only ones I listed.

Re: CI Sale / Ghurka Question

I've had everyone of those, the Regent is my favorite of those listed. Try the Black Dragon, which isn't listed there. It's a good medium bodied cigar. Cigar.com and nice ash cigars carries them.
