Depends. I don't chew on them persay, but if I'm doing something while smoking I will get a good bite down on it so it doesn't fall out. But not other than that

Guy that works with me bites off pieces of cigars and chews them all day like they're chewing tobacco. My teeth rarely touch my cigars let alone chew them.

ixnay! Yet I have met a number of folks who don't ever light their stogies, just roll them around in their mouths. I have found that these are mostly Swisher Sweet type smokes, however. I understand that the "safest" way to smoke a cigar is to only have it on you lips while puffing, in your hand or ashtray at all other times. So, for what it's worth, that's what I do.

I know of a guy who chewed Garcia y Vegas to the point where it was said that he didn't smoke cigars, he ATE them.

It gets worse...he "spat bits" while on his work phone, to the point that his telephone receiver had to be replaced almost monthly....
