thats weird, theres a certin online store based in B.C. that seems to be claiming they ship Cubans to the US everyday, no big deal.... very sketchy and not worth it to me but i am curious, if they pull it off just how in the hell they do

Guys, this is just more political tripe being spewed out like so much smokescreen.

It's more about Elliot Shitzer making a name for himself by denying Native Americans in New York another opportunity to be independent of our government and preserve their autonomy. For some time, Native American tribes have been taking advantage of their tax free status to buy tobacco products from the manufacturer and ship them out at a profit because they are not encumbered by the "quality government" that the "guardians of freedom" like Schumer and Clinton offer citizens in New York.

This isn't about underage smoking, it's about money, power and control.Once again we see the Native Americans being exploited. Every time these people have an asset or resource that would benefit them, our government finds a way to fuc& them out of it. And once again, I'll leave it to my good Brother Gorillas here to fathom which side of the aisle this pressure is coming from.

It's all bullshit, and if you think cigars aren't next, just wait. It's only a matter of time.

I think that we ought to find an online petition that we can all sign to avow to not use UPS, cancel out accounts, and make a point of driving our business to another common carrier like FedEx. Perhaps if we can ban together as a "consortium" or "trade group" named the "BOTL Group", we can collectively negotiate a better more competitive shipping rate with FedEx that will undermine the UPS decision without hurting our respective businesses in any way.

Isn't it great the people of New York have Eliott Spitzer looking out for them? It's not like he's just some sleezebag politician trying to further his political career by going after large businesses. Right?

Too late on DHL. Spitzer already hit them. They fell way back when I just joined here. Same scenerio too, Just cigarettes. All you can do is basically not vote for the guy (for you New York B & SOTL) or we can wait for some big scandal to occur. Other than that STAY ACTIVE in your local Government, write your Governor & Write, email, & call your Congressmen even if you know they'll turn a blind eye to you. I've had Sen. Bill Nelsons office call me to "Please stop" writing & emailing so much. So I just doubled up my efforts. They stopped calling after that but, they got the point. As I always say, NO ONE gets elected in my district & state without having to hear me out at least once. But, more likely 10 times. Keep writing your congressman and keep fighting.
