Little Anthony's has always been a personal favorite. I like the ability to call in and talk with the same few people all the time. Great prices as well. Call for the best prices though.

Used to order most of my stuff from Famous and have had very good luck with then. However, now that I have discovered Taboo and Duke City (because of this forum) there isn't much reason to use Famous anymore (other than Davidoff stuff).

I can vouch for Taboo, CI, and Cbid. As far as I understand Cbid is pretty much just the auction company for CI, but yes it is evil and very addicting.
I haven't had to call in for customer service at CI, but I have talked to Rob at Taboo, and he's a great guy, so is the rest of his staff. |

CI sent me a bad stick that was split at the cap and falling apart. I let them know and they're sending me another one in a couple days. So no biggie; they're pretty good about it.
