Do you Smoke Cigarettes???

Quit cigs last Feb while working in Europe, can't smoke most places in France. Used the patch for about 6 weeks, not sure if that really helped, still had major cravings. Bought a box of MC#5's, had one every evening, that DID help!

It is tough, but I'm sure you can get thru it. Good luck bro.

Used to be a cigarette smoker. I dont' miss them at all.

The old habits from smoking cigarettes sometimes work their way into my cigar smoking (ie. occasional inhale and crushing out a cigar in the ashtray), but most of my SC BOTLs have found it in their hearts to look past it.

The biggest difference between cigars and cigarettes, for me, is that I can remember damn near every cigar I've ever smoked.... where I was, what I was doing, who I was with, what time of year it was, etc..... Cigarettes were never that close to memorable. They were just a fix until the next one!
