I'm around 100. Like the rest, my wife spends more on shoes, clothes, and other 'girly' crap than I do on cigars so she's really got no room to complain. In fact, I used to bitch about her spending a lot more than I have been recently. I've learned to keep my mouth shut and add to the humi, rum, or wine collection instead Win-win for everyone except the bank!

I have somewhere between 520 and 600 so far but I have to more boxes of cigars coming today. My Vinotemp Fridge-a-door is full and so are my three humidors so yesterday I just purchased an Igloo 150qt cooler from Sam’s Club for $64.00 to handle the over flow. That will allow me to more than double my collection. I figure in a few months I should be up around 1200 or so. My wife doesn’t seem to mind all that much as long as I only smoke out on the patio.

I think I have around 400-500. Maybe more. My wife says nothing when I get more cigars and I say nothing when she gets her hair done for $150-$200 or gets a spa treatment or buys a $150 pair of running shoes.

I've learned that keeping my mouth shut about just about everything is the secret to a "happy" marriage!

I probably have 150 - 200 but I have learned that if you budget for the cigars and budget for her hobby (whatever it may be) then you can keep a happy balance. Also remind her that your hobby is keeping you home, or at least in good company, and it could be that you are going out and spending the money on lap dances

Mrz Jamz and I have an understanding: I don't complain to her when she spends money on clothes for the kids, food, heating oil, electricity and she doesn't complain to me when I spend money on cigars.

I'm probably at 150 or so with 2 boxes on the way, not to mention what I buy when I am at my local shop 3 days a week My wife doesn't look in my humi, thank God.

A while ago Klugs posted the monetary forumal to keeping your wife happy while buying cigars. I forget exactly what it was but it works great.

Here's the way I keep my wife happy. For every box of smokes I buy, I buy her 2 pairs of shoes. That way we're both happy

Well, I honestly don't know, and I dont plan on counting them However, my wife understands me and the hobbies/things I enjoy. I like collecting, studying to learn new things, relaxing, socializing, crafting etc and cigars give me all of that! Remember, it is not an addiction (LOL) it is a hobby, sell her that way!

I have 125 cigars in the Coolidor, mostly CCs with a handful of hemingways in there. I have 150 more inbound. In the humidors I've probably got another 250 ready to smoke right now.

The wife can't stand it but it's a cheaper hobby than others I've had. With cigars, my wife knows there's no discretionary money for even more stupid things I might do.
