Best part of owning cigars

I gotta say that, for me, the best part of owning cigars is giving them to appreciative BOTLs and SOTLs. I've heard some pretty amazing oohs and ahhs over time and chuckle with the memories. Of course, having Joey say "that cigar kicked my ash" over and over isn't a bad memory either.

So, what's the best part of owning cigars for you?

Sir, I can't help but agree. I rather enjoy meeting someone who has a punch rare corojo clenched between his teeth at his desk, and asking him "if he's gonna wait til lunchtime to fire that bad boy up" and getting the grin and return answer of HELL NO!

You nailed it... obviously, we all love smoking quality cigars.

But for me, the enjoyment is enhanced when it is a shared experience. Having the opportunity to give someone a special smoking experience is... well... priceless. Along with the fun of collecting and obtaining special stuff, I gotta say I really enjoy it most when I can offer an appreciative friend a good cigar.

Having plenty of bombing material is the best part!!! I hate (in a good way) having so many singles. I'll never be able to smoke them all!!! I need extras to fire off to some unsuspecting BOTL/SOTL!!!! I love it when I have a couple of bundles or boxes so I can launch bombs!!!

I love cigars but I love you, my CS family more than the cigars!!! Without you the cigars are just something to smoke! You have changed my life!

As someone who has been on the receiving end of some really good BOTL's generosity, I have two big thrills. One is looking at the cigars and remembering the ones who sent them to me...the other is smoking them and remember the BOTL's who sent them to me. It really makes me smile thinking about their generosity and good will toward me. It makes me a little more humble and thankful.

The best thing is hanging out with fellow B/SOTL solving all the problems of the world and usually a bunch of other BS! All the while, smoking good cigars and enjoying this wonderful addiction!

The only thing better than gifting cigars is enjoying them with a great friend on a great day. I can forget about everything in the world for an hour or two.

My favorite part would probably be the relaxation aspect of the hobby. I can honestly say my stress level has dropped dramatically since starting this hobby.

That being said however without CS I would certainly not have the knowledge I have gained (not to mention the overflowing Humi..). The people here are not only a wealth of information but are just plain and simple good people in general. The generosity on constant display here is simply awe-inspiring.
