Re: Perdomo recomendations?

Reserve cameroon is one of the best cigars I have smoked, at any price range.

The Reserve SG is good, like any other sungrown, but with that Nicaraguan-Perdomo flavor added to it. Adds a nice twist. The Champagne isn't bad at all. I find the Reserve Maduro just another maduro, i've had better from other lines.

If you can, grab a Perdomo Squared in maduro. I think they are good, and if you like them CI has their 'Mistakes' for less than $2 a stick, one of the best budget sticks out there IMO.

I've heard good things about the Lot 23 but have yet to try one.

The Champagne is a great mild standby... If it were up to me...I would definitely grab anything that Nick rolls in a Cameroon leaf...I love all three of the Cammy blends...especially the Silvio when the cash is available...

Re: Perdomo recomendations?

Tried my 1st Habano Corojo Toro the other day, unfortunately I found this stick to have a boring flavor blend.

Re: Perdomo recomendations?

Thanks for the info! looks like the most recommended is the Lot 23 so I will probably start there.

Re: Perdomo recomendations?

My favorite Perdomo is the ESV '91 Regente. Great smoke but at retail ($9 I think) can get a little pricey. They come up on joecigar for $3.49 once in a while and CI sells the seconds for the same price...never had them. I also very much enjoy the Lot 23 and it's more reasonable at $4 per smoke.

Incidentally CI has the Lot 23 Robusto for $78 per box of 20 and they throw in a freebie of 8 ESVs. Combined with the free shipping, you get premium Perdomos for about $2.75 each.

Re: Perdomo recomendations?

The Lot 23 works for me, I prefer the maduro over the natural but both are good.
