No Anejos until Christmas?

One of my retailers informed me that he won't be getting Anejos until Christmas. Is this true for everyone? Aren't they normally released around this time. I know Opus is starting to appear but what about Anejo?

Can anyone confirm??

Anejos and Hemingway maduros are a seasonal release and usually only find their way to retailers around xmas. Sometimes youll find a shop who still has some left from the last release, but its rare. Opus isnt a seasonal release like the anejos or Hem. maduros.

I think that is true. Usually Opus around Christmas and Fathers Day, Anejos just Christmas.

This is not always true, but I think it typical.

That's also what I thought, only I thought Añejos were every other year.

My B&M just got in three boxes of Opus X but I just can't be bothered this time around.

All I know is that I was able to get Anejos around Christmas time last year. Although I was limited to 2 singles. I haven't seen any since then. I've seen Opus X more readily available.

My B&M gets shipments maybe one...sometimes twice a year. What they do is put one single vitola out of either Anejo or Opus to last them as long as they can and to allow all customers to have a chance to buy it, but usually when a B&M is out, they are out until x-mas.

Sometimes Fuente ships out right before Fathers day.

Anejo's are xmas time release, Opus X are quarterly release. Some B&M's may get less becasue of the account history and or size.

Opus ship twice a year, Father's Day and Christmas. Whereas, Anejos are mostly shipped on Christmas, but you may call during Father's Day and purchase some from Tampa Sweethearts (Minimum order of $25 or $30 before purchasing the Anejos or Opus). Sometimes they have some in stock and sometimes they do not.

The Devil site has them once in a while. Only 5ers and singles. Keep an eye out. Right now they have a 5er of #77 sharks going for $99 so far.

If you love over paying for Anejo's and Opus X's keep your eyes on the Devil.

I get my Anejo's from Tampa Sweethearts when I order my other cigars They have a "rare" list that they email if you ask.
The Anejo's are only $7.25 to $9.75 each, but you're limited to 2 (of each size) at a time, and all sizes aren't always available.
Right now only the 46's and 49's are available.
They have FFOX Lancero's for about 26 bucks and 04 Lancero Coffins for 33 bucks, and a bunch of other goofy stuff like that.

Oh yeah,
The Hemingway Maduros, same deal as Anejo's. They only have masterpiece, signature and classic available right now. $13.50, $6.50 and $7.25 respectively.
