Rob of Taboo sent me free cigars!!!!!!

So a few days ago I got home from work just in time to see a live contest Rob (tccigar) from Taboo Cigars was putting on.

Well after having many laughs in the contest thread I ended up winning the contest. For winning the contest Rob sent me a FREE box of Taboo Cigars of my choice.

I have seen many great reviews of his Taboo Twists and this seemed a perfect opportunity to get some of these beauties. So I told Rob my choice would be the Taboo Twist Torpedo.

I just got them in today and let me tell you that the box they come in is beautiful, I love the simple elegance of this black wooden box with the velvet accent on the interior.



But what really got me is the Twists that were contained. These sticks are gorgeous laying there side by side. They are very solid and look delicious.



I am going to let them sit a week or two to shake off their trip from Texas, and then light one of these beauties up.

Rob, thank you so much for all you do for us fellow Gorillas here on CS and for this awesome looking box of Twists.

Also thanks for packaging them so well as I saw my mailman drop them from a height of about 4 feet, and when I opened the box to check on there was not a scratch on the box or the sticks.

Those Twists that Rob has a hard time keeping in stock are GREAT!!!!!!! When I finally find out where the Army will finally send me my order is as good as placed. Enjoy the sticks. Rob is a great BM owner and CS member.

I had my first Taboo Twist last night and let me tell you--incredible! Sweet and spciy, very complex flavors of cream, cedar and some fruit, a mellow & relaxing smoke. Top drawer all the way!

Those are some gresat looking sticks, from one great guy. Taboo is an exelent vender and Rob is one hell of a BOTL. I have had quite a few of the Twist Torpedos and they are one of my favorite smokes right now, and without a doubt the best Barber Pole type cigar I have ever tasted.

Rob's a class act and I enjoyed actually talking to him on the phone. A man with his business philosophy in the right place for sure

Rob is the nuts, and he really does a great job of interacting with the CS community.

I've had a few of the twists, and while they're milder than I generally prefer, they are still a very nice smoke.

I agree with Rob being a great guy who has fantastic cigars....On my second order he phoned me and asked if I was a CS guy....I said yes, and he said I'm giving you a discount on your order!!!!! His taboo cigars are dynamite.....I never really chewed tobacco, but if I did, it would be one of Rob's Taboo nubs, and those nubs are only one inch from the end after I smoke.....They are yummy!!!!!
