I feel your pain. I had to get another cooler as well, but I went with the 70qt. Although I also have 2 - 200 count humies (hold about 125), a 150qt cooler and a venotemp. Man once you start sliding down that slope there is no stopping, only accelerating. Have fun filling the new cooler.
