I've seen several BOTL's describe Cremosa's as tasting like ass. Hmmm...not for sure on the reference point, but ok.

Also called ribes or catty. An off flavor in some products including beer. I have a chemical standard for that in a kit for detecting aroma off flavors in beer (p-menthane-8-thiol-3-one).
