Montecristo Platinum 99 series little help

first cigar related post, so here goes.

i smoked a montecristo platinum 99 series rothchilde tonight. started out nice finished even better.I Nubbed it down the last 1 1/2 were super smooth. I picked it up at my local B&M nice recommendation by my buddy shantar. one problem , this sucker went out like 10 times. it was 90 degree today with pretty high humidity. any tips to prevent this from happening again so i dont get pissed off. any tips on puffing in high heat / humidity??

Sounds like it may have been a little too "wet". Did you smoke it right after you bought it? Some retailers I've noticed have their humidity a little high and the cigars need to dry a little in your humidor at home before smoking.

90 degree heat should not have caused that, im currently in the OBX and its 101! no burn issues here I agree, let em rest for awhile, in the humi.

Put them in a dry box without any humidificatiion device for a day or two, You may be surprised how well they burn and taste.
