On Monday I ordered a few boxes of RP Edge Sumatras on sale at Holts. As well as a few fivers of PAM 64's and Casa Royales, and a box of Padron 2000 Mad's. Expected them on Thursday in the mail, but no joy.

Called Holts Yesterday afternoon to check on the order. Apparently my internet order was in cyberspace limbo. The Service Rep told me they would ship ASAP.

TODAY my UPS girl drops off my package....UPS next day air at no charge. Thought that was nice of them.

In my years of using Holts, I've only had one time that an order didn't get processed correctly and I got the same free overnight delivery.

Agree wholeheartedly with the sentiment on Holts.

A few years ago, I purchased a couple of samplers from them. I live in a large condo complex and the packaged vanished off of my doorstep. I sent them an email and they overnighted me a replacement package without asking any questions. Because of this service (and their supply of Fuente VSGs), they always go to the top of my list.

My free ashtray arrived in pieces, called them and they shipped another next day, no questions asked. +1 indeed.
